This particular property was in a state of disrepair and was definitely in need of our expertise to restore and renovate it to a high standard. We brought the property back to life by putting a new roof on using Marley eternit slate, fitting anthracite grey UPVC windows throughout and warmcore aluminium bi-folding doors. Complete in cream Weber render. Inside, we altered the layout by removing and building walls to create a large lounge area. We re-plastered and fitted new skirting, architrave and walnut doors throughout. Finally, we installed a solid sapele open-tread staircase with stainless handrails and glass ballustrading.
