We were employed by A. W. Lumb to undertake the task of removing all the heavily worn tarmac caused by wagons and fork trucks. This involved cutting out the large areas with road saws and going back down to sub base followed by pouring C40 concrete 150mm thick with A393 steel mesh to achieve the most hard wearing surface. We layed a total of over 150m3 of concrete.
